The German Jordanian University (GJU) held a symposium on the outcomes of the Royal Committee to Modernize Political System. The symposium aimed at raising awareness and engagement of youth in public and political life, especially elections and political parties' laws.

The President of GJU, Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, indicated that the Royal Committee worked effortlessly to translate the vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II to encourage young people to participate in political life and the elections.

Dr. Al-Halhouli added that young people are the future leaders, the capable force of change, and the focus of our Hashemite leadership’s attention, and therefore, the young generation must participate in decision-making to affect the entire country.

The former Minister of Labor, Nidal Al-Bataineh, and former parliament members, Adnan Al-Saweir, and Qais Zayadin participated in the symposium.
