The German Jordanian University (GJU) participated in the celebrations of the University of Jordan on the birthday of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, which was held under the title “Endless Giving” with the participation of some Jordanian university presidents, deans of student affairs and students from various universities.
The President of the German Jordanian University (GJU), Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, was represented by the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Thelal Oweis, the cultural activity supervisor at the Deanship, Mrs. Areej Deabes, and GJU students.
The ceremony included various events. The German Jordanian University band participated in the university choir of the University of Jordan, which performed national and heritage songs inspired by Jordanian folklore. GJU students also exhibited their artwork, paintings, and drawings within the art exhibition that was held among the activities.
In addition, they distributed informative brochures and souvenirs to the visitors of the GJU section in the exhibition, including the President of the UJ, His Excellency Dr. Natheer Obeidat.
