The German Jordanian University (GJU) participated in the specialized symposium organized by the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission in the field of Future Generations of Wireless Communication Systems (6G) and practical applications of wireless sensors.

The Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (SEEIT), Dr. Raed Musleh, and Dr. Alaa Khalifa presented a lecture in the presence of the Chairman of the Board - CEO Eng. Dr. Ghazi  Al-Joboor and attendees in the Commission.

A discussion was exchanged between both sides to enhance the principle of partnership between educational and research institutions leading with the industry and labor market sectors, especially the applications of modern technology that depend on radio communications.

It is worth mentioning that the pioneering project in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT) and its applications in the agricultural and smart irrigation field will be studied and carried out by GJU, under the supervision of Dr. Alaa Khalifa in the area of "Smart City" with the cooperation with the Commission.
