The German Jordanian University (GJU) and the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to cooperate in vocational training and conducting training programs of mutual interest.

The MoU, which was signed by GJU President, Prof. Ala'aldeen Al- Halhouli, and the YWCA President, Hania Qaqish, defined the use of the workshops and facilities of both parties, developing innovative and pioneering ideas in rehabilitation, development, capacity building, and marketing in the technical, professional and academic fields.

The YWCA visited the workshops at the School of Technical Applied sciences and the Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship (DI-TECH).

The meeting was attended by the Training Advisor at GJU, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Dissi, the Director of the Consultation and Training Center (CTC),  Abdalhekeem Arbiyyat, and the Executive Director of the Association, Rola Habayba.
