Besides special training courses for employees, Fine runs an e-learning platform and offers job-shadowing at different plants..

After the tour through the different production facilities, the participants sat down for talks on current and future avenues of cooperation between Fine Holding and GJU, which includes student and graduation projects and the possible regular intake of GJU students as interns. Both sides expressed great interest for close cooperation.

The field trip was an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge on the training needs and facilities of Fine Holding company in Jordan.
