A delegation from the Road Safety Center of Excellence (RSCE) and the Vision Rehabilitation Center (VRC) at the German Jordanian University (GJU), headed by the Director of both centers, Prof. Mohammad Hamed, visited the Greater Amman Municipality, where they met with the Director of Amman, Eng. Ahmed Malkawi and a team of elite engineers and specialists from the Greater Amman Municipality.
Both teams discussed the possible aspects of cooperation regarding the development of road safety and subjects related to visual rehabilitation to help people with low vision on the road.
Dr. Hamed presented GJU’s vision in this regard and the promising opportunities for cooperation between the two teams. Engineer Ahmed Al-Malkawi confirmed the Municipality’s interest in collaboration with the German Jordanian University.
