The German Language Center (GLC) at the German Jordanian University (GJU) held the German Year Event for GJU students in the main campus and Jabal Amman in the presence of the Vice President for International Affairs, Prof. Ralf Roßkopf.

Roßkopf stressed the importance of the event to comprehend the early preparation and mindset for the German Year. He stressed the necessity of focusing on language development and aiming for a B2 degree before starting the German Year.

The International Office (IO) and the Office for Industrial Links (OIL) participated in the event, where they introduced the students to their roles and responsibilities.

In addition, GJU alumni Abdallah Habib, Nouf Sabri, Yalie Zendakie, Yassmine Ayed, and Muna Batashared shared their first-hand experiences with the students. They pointed out that the German Year offers excellent opportunities for professional and personal development and focuses on developing their language from the beginning of their studies.
