Under the patronage of Prof. Natheer Abu Obeid, President of German Jordanian University (GJU), the Consultation and Training Center organized a graduation ceremony for the university’s employee who completed a training course in management, with the association of Human Resources Department.
Prof. Abu Obeid emphasized the importance of building the skills and capacity of the employees and to develop their abilities and experience through these training courses, inviting the employees to keep shaping and developing their practical skills as it is essential to keep pace with modern management methods for an effective practice in order to raise the university’s efficiency in the educational services.
On another side, the Director of the Consultation and Training Center Dr. Abdullah Abdullah said that the center’s vision believes in developing and qualifying the employees and to build and strengthen partnerships with local and regional training centers, to achieve advancement and improvement in services offered to the society.
One of the employees Mohammad Abu Hamour, spoke on behalf of his colleagues extending his appreciation to the university’s continuous efforts to raise their qualifications and motivation to excel in their jobs.
He stated that 16 employees participated in this training course, which consisted of (30) training hours and covered subjects on Communications Skills, Time Management, Crises Management, Team Work and Problem Solving.
At the end of the ceremony, Prof. Natheer Abu obeid handed out the certificates to the graduates.
