On Thursday, August 29, 2019, under the patronage of HE. Engineer Othman Bdair; the German Jordanian University (GJU) celebrated the graduation of the Tenth Batch of Bachelor's students, in addition to Master's students.

The president of GJU Prof. Manar Fayyad, Vice Presidents Dr. Atef Kharabsheh and  Dr. Ralf Roßkopf, Board of Trustees Members, Academic and administrative staff celebrated the occasion of the graduation for the first time at the Sports Complex in the main campus of GJU.

Prof. Fayyad expressed her delight to share these moments with the graduates and their families, after a long journey of hard work to achieve all success requirements, stating that the graduation memory is a special memory, where a new journey of life and a starting point for its wide horizons and hopes.

She asked the graduates to be confident and responsible, build their self with wisdom and intelligence, fulfill hopes and aspirations, be messengers of love, peace, and stay connected with GJU.

In her speech, Fayyad congratulated parents and appreciated their sacrifices, support, and faiths. She also appreciated both academic and administrative staff for their dedication and passion that assisted GJU in earning a prestigious position among international universities.

For his part, Bedir mentioned the German Year's value to GJU's students and its contribution to the refinement of their personalities and skills.

The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Raed Khasawneh, congratulated the students and their families. He asked the students to follow their passion, work sincerely, maintain high principles, and morals in their coming professional life.

Farah Al-Zubi, Haya Aseer, and Kaled Tafesh delivered the graduates' speech, where they expressed their happiness and excitement, shared their experiences during the years they had spent at GJU, pointing to the role of the University in preparing them at all levels to the next phase in their lives.

At the end of the ceremony, certificates were handed over to graduates.
