The German Jordanian University in partnership with Nabih Elias Azzam & Partners (NEA) celebrated the graduation of the first batch of the Professional Diploma in Quantity Surveying.

This program aims to equip the labor market with qualified engineers in construction costs and contracts to enhance the professional development of candidates by equipping them with theoretical knowledge and most-up-to-date applied skills in the field of quantity surveying that will advance the quality of practice in the field, increase and heighten their career prospects.

The President of GJU Prof Manar Fayyad thanked all those who contributed to the success of this program; the School of Architecture and the Built Environment (SABE), the Consultation and Training Center (CTC) and Nabih Elias Azzam & Partners (NEA) for their efforts in supervising and guiding the inputs and outputs of the educational process to ensure the highest quality standards of the professional diploma program in Quantity Surveying.

For his part, the CEO of Nabih Azzam and Co., Mr. Nabih Azzam presented the importance of the Quantity Surveying profession and the role of the program to prepare the students to be a pro-active quantity surveyor with a good grasp of the breadth of topics, which are important in the industry.

It is worth mentioning that the German Jordanian University (GJU) together with Nabih Elias Azzam & Partners (NEA) a leading Quantity Surveying firm (the first Arab company and the only regulated Arab firm by the RICS) have developed the only Professional Diploma in Quantity Surveying (PDQS) course in Jordan, delivering both theoretical and practical courses in Quantity Surveying.

At the end of the ceremony, Fayyad and Azzam awarded the certificates to the graduates.
