The Head of the Kuwaiti Cultural Office in Amman, Dr. Hmoud Fahed Al-Qasha'an, and Kuwaiti Cultural Attaché, Dr. Mohammad Al-Jarallah, visited the German Jordanian University (GJU), where they met with the President, Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides in the academic and cultural fields.

Dr. Al-Halhouli presented GJU's strategic vision for 2022 and beyond, to be internationally recognized as an Applied Science University, to be a leader in education, research, innovation, and entrepreneurship, to achieve a positive relationship with the university community and stakeholders, and achieve excellence in organizational performance towards sustainable growth.

Moreover, Dr. Al-Halhouli expressed his pleasure towards the visit as an opportunity to expand cooperation and partnerships in the research and educational fields and to familiarize students in Kuwait with the GJU's various programs, especially since the university has introduced new bachelor's, master's and doctoral programs to keep pace with the demand and the rapid changes in the world of technology, engineering and business.

For his part, the Director of the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Department, Dr. Murad Al-Samhouri, gave a briefing about the university's programs, the German dimension, and ranking in the international classifications.

In turn, Al-Qashaan praised the university's distinguished reputation and its role in graduating professional students and enabling them to serve their communities and countries.

At the end of the meeting, the delegation toured the library and the Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship (DI-TECH).
