The Ebtikar Innovation for Creativity Development Association launched the sixth Scientific Camp at the German Jordanian University (GJU) in cooperation with the Consultation and Training Center (CTC).

The President of the German Jordanian University, Prof. Ala'aldeen Al- Halhouli, indicated that GJU adopted a policy of innovation and leadership where the first Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship (DI-TECH) was established to produce ambassadors for leadership and innovation.

Dr. Al-Halhouli pointed to the camp's advantages where it gathers the students with teachers who refine the students' skills and gives them a qualitative addition in innovation towards the new market. Dr. Al-Halhouli stated the importance of transforming ideas into reality that serves the community and develops community services using the correct scientific methods.

For her part, The President of the association, Suria Ayyad, praised GJU's support and the distinguished partnership between the two sides since 2017, which resulted in the signing of an agreement that aided sustainability, development, and supported holding programs and events specialized in the educational, scientific and engineering fields to serve students and teachers.

In turn, Eng. Khaled Al-Shahham presented a workshop for teachers and students, which included experiments in electronics and electrostatics, training in installing electronic circuits, and the production of capacitors.

The scientific camp program was implemented as part of the Children University that GJU launched at the main campus this summer. The camp activities include experiments, exploration, and challenges in electronics, science, communications, nature, mechanics, robots, and others.
