Between 16/12/2018 and 19/12/2018, the German Jordanian University (GJU) has coordinated several lectures for the Human Resources Management course based on an agreement with Hinawi Programming Establishment to introduce Hinawi Software ERP. Lectures covered the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) module for the students, which were presented by Hatem Hinawi Programming Establishment's staff member Engineer Ms. Aya Ziad Alruzzi.
There were several aspects discussed in a theoretical and practical manner as well; The main goal was to provide the students with the needed knowledge about ERP systems by solving a wide range of scenarios and applying those scenarios through the system where results were instantly available.
The feedback by students was positive, and the influence was remarkable. This opens up new avenues for collaboration between GJU and Hinawi Establishment.
