The Deanship of Student Affairs at German Jordanian University organized an orientation day for all new students in order to learn about the university’s academics, support programs, facilities, all types of activities and other resources in addition to get them familiar with campus and meet some of its staff.

Professor Natheer Abu Obeid, President of the university, welcomed the new students and congratulated them for joining the GJU family, encouraging them also to participate in the GJU clubs that are specializes in different areas of art, cultural, industrial and information technology.

For his part, the Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Omar Shubeilat highlighted the role of deanship in supporting the students and the role of student’s clubs of enriching the experiences of students, and achieving a real interaction with the society.

New students were introduced to the deanship of student affairs members who spoke about their roles and the services they offer to all students.

During the event, some representatives of GJU schools and other departments were ready to answer the students'questions about the programs, the courses and the registration process. The event included some music that played by a new GJU band in addition to a comedy show ( jwar w matabbat ) performed by the members of the dram club.  

GJU family would like to congratulate all new students, and wishing them a good start.
