The President of the German Jordanian University (GJU), Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, sent an appreciation letter to GJU family for their efforts and commitment in making the Open Day, which was held in Jabal Amman campus a successful event. Schools, academic departments, and related departments participated in the event.

Dr. Al-Halhouli pointed out that the university family contributed to achieving GJU’s mission and delivering the message of science and scientists in general. He indicated that the call of higher education focuses on spreading the culture of love of science, creativity, and innovation, which returns to advancing the national economy.

He added that the Open Day contributed to directing students towards a good choice of specialization, which will reflect on their future and the future of the country under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, who supports the march of science and encourages young people to contribute to the development of our country in all its aspects.

He stressed that the university family is essential for its success, brilliance, and continuity. Their commitment, seriousness, diversity of ideas, ambition, keenness on the interests of the university and its students, and its adherence to the success, development, and strengthening of the strategic partnership with German universities, companies, and institutions made the university a prestigious and exceptional position, where it provides the local and scientific community with the best graduates, experiences, and ideas.

Dr. Al-Halhouli pointed out that the German dimension distinguishes GJU.  It allows the students to study and train in German universities and companies under a high-standards. He added that experience had proven the distinction of GJU graduates possessing several skills, innovative ideas, and capabilities that cannot be obtained through traditional education, stressing that the support and sincerity of the GJU family will enhance this partnership for the benefit of both Jordan and Germany.
