GJU’s Robotics Club organized a robotics show event on Wednesday, the 3rd of August 2016 in the lobby of Building C. The Robotics Show aimed to entertain and share knowledge with other students and GJU faculty and staff. Preparations included researching and working on challenging yet worthwhile projects by the Robotic Club members in their free time.

Several projects were presented as hand-on demonstrations and games. They reflected the electrical and mechatronics engineering skills of the participants. The demo projects included: a bluetooth controlled robot; a spider robot; an eco-charger for cell phones; an Arduino-based clock; a microwave controlled robot; Arduino ping-pong video game; a Simon-Says game.

The student Naya Baslan, President of the Robotics Club, stated her delight at the success of this semester-frequent event on behalf of the club members. She also highlighted the increased student interest in the club and in the continuing growth of the presented projects’ quantity and quality.
