The School of Management and Logistic Sciences (SMLS), at the German Jordanian University (GJU) and SAP organized a free training course for students to prepare them for SAP professional certification.

SAP’s program is considered a great opportunity for GJU students to assist in enhancing their employability. Groups of 26 students were carefully selected last May, from the majors of International Accounting, Logistic Sciences and Industrial Engineering.

Two SAP expert trainers, Mr. Stuart Johnstone and Mr. Herman Pretorius, ran two parallel training sessions for 5 days, after the training, students continue learning through SAP’s e-learning system, where at the end they can submit for the official exam.

SAP is a leading provider of business software, that helps enterprises and governments around the world improve customer relationships, enhance partner collaboration, create efficiencies across their supply chains and business operations, and improve access to information.

SMLS organized this training, based on an agreement between GJU and the SAP Training and Development Institute, to establish SAP Dual Study Program that allows GJU students to obtain professional SAP certifications.
