The Association of German Universities’ Alumni, DAAD and Ejabi institute held a seminar on studying in the German Jordanian University (GJU) and German universities at Amman Chamber of Industry.

The President of GJU, Prof. Manar Fayyad introduced the University stating that it was shaped on the German applied-sciences model, characterized by their focus on putting knowledge into practice, and on promoting knowledge transfer.

She explained that each student at GJU must spend a year in Germany, where they study in the first semester in one of the German partner universities, and in the second semester, they apply for an internship in a company or organization in Germany.

On the other hand, DAAD’s representatives introduced the students, and their families to the conditions and method of applying to German universities including the language, visa requirement, scholarships, costs, and various programs.
