On Thursday, December 27, 2018, the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Department (QAAD) at the German Jordanian University (GJU), held the second session of training for the excellence model, in cooperation with King Abdallah II center for excellence.

The training aims to develop knowledge and skills in the field of excellence by providing practical examples in the University work field, in preparation for its participation in the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency.

The training included the Basic principles of excellence, the Foundations, and Criteria of the Award, which consist of leadership, strategy, employees, partners, suppliers, processes, and services.

King Abdullah II Center for Excellence is the national reference for quality and excellence among the public, private, business associations, educational service providers and non-governmental institutions.

It promotes continuing excellence for increasing Jordan's international competitiveness to help secure a sustainable, prosperous future for Jordan.
