A student delegation from the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the School of Applied Medical Sciences at GJU supervised by Dr. Jumana Maatouk, participated in the Biomedical Engineering Communication Day organized by the Jordan University of Science and Technology in cooperation with the Institute of Measurements and Sensor Technology at Chemnitz University in Germany.

During the event, students learned about the job market needs in Biomedical Engineering and how to qualify them to pursue a career in that field, in addition to exchange opportunities between Jordan and Germany through the programs of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Additionally, success stories of engineers and innovators in the field of medical engineering were also presented.
