A delegation consisted of the Director-General of the University Center for Industrial Science and Technology of Djibouti, Prof. Maisara Mohamed Seif, and Head of Jordanian-African Cooperation Association, Omar Abdat, had visited the German Jordanian University (GJU) to discuss ways of cooperation in areas of common interest.

The President of GJU, Prof. Manar Fayyad, welcomed the guests, where the involved parties discussed deepening cooperation through transferring the experiences and expertise available at the German Jordanian University to the center's students and faculty members, especially in the fields of energy, computer engineering, and electrical engineering.

Fayyad indicated the university's readiness to assist and coordinate the knowledge and experience transfer of the German Jordanian University to students and faculty members in Djibouti through training courses, general courses, or cultural visits.

Fayyad also gave a brief about GJU and its academic programs, indicating that it was established along the lines of German universities to provide quality and technical education at the regional level and be a cultural bridge linking Jordan and Europe.

For his part, Seif stated that the University CFD Center is a private institution concerned with technical university education, and its vision is to achieve leadership and excellence in the field of technological and industrial education through smart technology and knowledge system with global standards between Jordanian universities and African educational institutions.

At the end of the meeting, the guests toured the university's facilities.
