Greetings my fellow students,
I have taken the decision to run for the female student election, as I am pretty sure that we desperately need someone to represent us, the students, and conveys our concerns and be a link between us and the university administration, especially during the current pandemic, and the resulting inquiries, problems and gaps...
I would like to make these points clear:
*The most important gaps that we have faced during the previous academic years:
- Starting with: A change and issuance of fateful decisions (detailed and surprising) that determine the path of students impede their study plan, which is supposed to be organized according to the basis of previously established principles ( for example : the amount of hours that must be taken before registering graduation projects, canceling the accrediting of some courses.. etc. ).
- Secondly : Students who are in need to graduate are refused to register some courses ( and if that results in delaying them from graduating for one semester or more ).
- Thirdly: The courses registration program needs a lot of modifications (for example : the amount of courses that are available during the registration needs to be increased, as well as the course sections, the increase of them must vary with the amount of students who registered to a specific major).
- Fourthly: There is an urgent need to create a student association (not to be limited to only a small amount of students and also not to be limited to certain specializations) that is to be concerned with the academic aspect (such as: notes, review sessions, abstracts and etc.)
- Lastly: The necessity of creating a student council that is consisted of representatives from all disciplines and that student representation is not linked to male and female students only.

Not all of the university's problems and concerns were mentioned, but I will leave room for your opinions and suggestions.

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته ،
أمّا بعد ..
قررت الترشح عن مقعد الطالبات لثقتي التامّة بأننا الآن بأمسّ الحاجة لمن يُمثل الطلبة و ينقل همومهم و يكون حلقة وصل بينهم وبين إدارة الجامعة خاصة في ظل التعليم عن بُعد و ما يترتّب عليه من استفسارات و مشاكل و ثغرات ....
أوَد أن أُبيّن ما يلي :
*أهم الثغرات التي واجهتنا خلال الأعوام الدراسية السابقة :
أولاً :تغيير و صُدور قرارات مصيريّة ( مفصليّه و بشكل مُفاجيء) تُحدد مسار الطلبة و تُعيق خطتهم الدراسيّة التي من المُفترض تم تنظيمها بناءً على أُسس معمول بها سابقاً ( مثال : الساعات الواجب استكمالها قبل تسجيل مشاريع التخرج ، إلغاء اعتماد بعض المساقات ... إلخ )
ثانياً : يتم رفض تسجيل الطلبة الواجب تخرجهم و ذلك ببعض المساقات ( و إن ترتّب على ذلك تأخيرهم عن التخرج لفصل فأكثر )
ثالثاً : نظام تسجيل المواد بحاجة لتعديل كبير جداً ( مثال : يجب زيادة عدد المواد المتاح تسجيلها للطلبة ، يجب زيادة عدد الشُعب بشكل يتناسب تناسباً طردياً مع عدد الطلبة اللذين تم قبولهم في التخصص )
رابعاً : هناك حاجة مُلحّه لعمل رابطة طلابية ( أن لا تقتصر فقط على عدد قليل و محدود جداً من الطلبة و أن لا تقتصر أيضاً على تخصصات معينة ) تهتم بالجانب الأكاديمي ( مثل : نوتس ، حصص مراجعة ، مُلخصات ... إلخ )
خامساً: ضرورة استحداث مجلس طلبة يضم ممثلي طلبة من كافة التخصصات و أن لا يقتصر تمثيل الطلبة على طالب و طالبة فقط .
*ملاحظة : لم يتم ذكر كل ما لدينا من مشاكل و هموم بالجامعة و لكن سأترُك المجال لآرائكم و اقتراحاتكم .

Ich habe mich für den Studentensitz entschieden, weil ich völlig zuversichtlich bin, dass wir jetzt dringend jemanden brauchen, der die Studenten vertritt und ihre Anliegen vermittelt und eine Verbindung zwischen ihnen und der Universitätsverwaltung herstellt, insbesondere angesichts des Fernunterrichts und der daraus resultierenden Anfragen, Probleme und Lücken.
Ich möchte folgendes zeigen:
* Die wichtigsten Lücken, mit denen wir in den letzten akademischen Jahren konfrontiert waren:
Erstens: Änderung und Erlass schicksalhafter Entscheidungen (detailliert und überraschend), die den Weg der Studierenden bestimmen und ihren Studienplan behindern, der auf der Grundlage zuvor festgelegter Grundsätze organisiert werden soll (z. B. die Stunden, die vor der Registrierung von Abschlussprojekten zu absolvieren sind, die Stornierung der Akkreditierung einiger Kurse zu stornieren ... usw.) )
Zweitens: Studenten, die ihren Abschluss machen müssen, wird die Registrierung in einigen Kursen verweigert (und wenn dies dazu führt, dass sie ihren Abschluss um ein Semester oder mehr verzögern)
Drittens: Das Materialregistrierungssystem muss stark geändert werden (Beispiel: Die Anzahl der zur Registrierung verfügbaren Fächer muss erhöht werden, die Anzahl der Abteilungen muss in direktem Verhältnis zur Anzahl der zum Hauptfach zugelassenen Studenten erhöht werden.)
Viertens: Es ist dringend erforderlich, eine Studentenvereinigung zu gründen (nicht nur auf eine kleine und sehr begrenzte Anzahl von Studenten beschränkt und auch nicht auf bestimmte Spezialisierungen beschränkt), die sich mit dem akademischen Aspekt befasst (z. B. Notizen, Überprüfungssitzungen, Abstracts usw.).
Fünftens: Die Notwendigkeit, einen Studentenrat zu schaffen, der Studentenvertreter aller Disziplinen umfasst und dessen Studentenvertretung nicht nur auf männliche und weibliche Studenten beschränkt ist.
