The German Jordanian University (GJU) and La Chaîne de l'Espoir (CDE) solidified their commitment to collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding. The signing ceremony, led by Head of Mission, Mohamad Rasheed, and GJU President, Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, focuses on providing humanitarian assistance to the most valuable refugees and Jordanians in Jordan and train student nurses during cardiac and orthopedic surgical missions.
This partnership signifies a strategic alliance between GJU and CDE, demonstrating their shared commitment in international cooperation and knowledge exchange between higher education institutions and civil society organizations, ultimately benefiting students, researchers and staff on both sides
The signing of the memorandum from the university was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Tarawneh, the Deputy Dean, Dr. Mayada Dais, Dr. Muhammad Zaatra, and from the CDE, the medical officer Alaa Al-Jawabra, and the early detection officer, Ahmed Sindian.
