The Deanship of Student Affairs (DSA) at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized a celebration on the anniversary of Isra' and Mi'raj, in the presence of GJU President, Prof. Aladdin Al-Halhouli.
During the ceremony, Dr. Al-Halhouli pointed out the importance of reviving this great memory in the history of humanity and benefiting from its lessons and values, such as the importance of Al-Aqsa Mosque and linking it to Al-Masjid Al-Haram, dialogue, acceptance of other opinions, and tolerance.
For his part, the Vice Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Mustafa Jaradat, referred to the conditions that the prophet Muhammad suffered from before the incident of the Isra’ and Mi’raj, indicating the meanings and lessons that could be learned from this miracle.
The ceremony included chants performed by the Hashemite Band, which was highly appreciated by the audience.
