The Library at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized the Book Exchange Exhibition, which included a collection of new academic and non-academic books, novels, self-development books, and some of the most famous global books.

The exhibition was visited by the President of GJU, Prof. Ala'aldeen Al-Halhouli,Vice President Prof. Prof. Malek Alsharairi, and CEO of Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation, Valentina Qassisieh. GJU President emphasized the importance of supporting the university's vision of encouraging solidarity and cooperation among university students.

The Library Director, Prof Haytham Thawabih, indicated that the modern library faces many opportunities and challenges today; hence, it must break the stereotype as a place to store books, mentioning that in the next semester, the focus will be on academic books that students need, in addition to novels, self-development books, and other various cultural topics.

The Head of Supply Section, Ansaf Abdallah said that the exchange process took place under the supervision of the Activities Committee in the library, adding that the exchange rate reached 50% of the existing books, and the exhibition witnessed book donations, which led to an overall increase in the number of books.

The library's visitors welcomed this activity to enhance the culture of cooperation and exchange.
