Representing the German Jordanian University (GJU), student Tala Al-Masry, participated in the Arab Leader Development Forum, which was organized by the Leadership Development Institute in Helwan, affiliated with the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Luxor, in cooperation with the Association of Arab Universities, and the participation of representatives of several Egyptian and Arab universities.

The forum aims to gather Arab youth from various countries of the Arab world and to prepare an Arab leader capable of carrying responsibility, as well as the intersection of cultures, building bridges of communication and cooperation in many fields to create a resourceful and creative Arab generation that works for the advancement of their country through the exchange of Arab expertise and backgrounds in a way that enhances Arab, regional, and international partnerships.

The forum's program included lectures on youth, training, and the role of Arab university students in confronting international extremism, creating a simulation model for the Association of Arab Universities, and field visits to several tourist and historical places.

For her part, Al-Masry indicated that the forum brings together university students from various Arab countries and submits them to a set of training and educational courses to provide them with new experiences that help them contribute to building their societies.
