On Monday 18th of September 2017, The Consultations and Training Center at German Jordanian University (GJU), renewed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Amman Chamber of Commerce Academy (MCCA).

The MoU was signed by Chairman of Amman Chamber of Commerce (ACC), Mr. Issa Murad on behalf of (ACC) and the President of GJU, Dr. Manar Fayyad on behalf of GJU.

Dr. Fayyad assured GJU’s interest in collaborating and partnering with the private sector because it considered a realistic incorporation to the concept of applied education that GJU adapt.

She also mentioned that GJU focuses on applied technical education approach that combine theory with practice in order to meet the needs of national and international markets in the fields of engineering, business and logistics

From his side Mr. Murad pointed to the success achieved during the last period in regards of training and qualification training, assuring the Chamber’s interest in communicating and collaborating with higher education institutions in Jordan in providing graduates with proper training to enable them to compete in labor market.

The MoU stated that both sides collaborate in the field of training courses, professional diplomas, specialized consultations and programs to build and develop skills, besides conducting studies and researches in mutual topics.
