In cooperation with the Jordanian Society for Hunting, the GJU students participated in an environmental volunteering activity at AL Mujib Dam on Friday 15th of April, 2106.
Students participated in cleaning and painting the sidewalk and fence of the dam. They expressed their happiness to participate in such an activity through the Deanship of Student Affairs. These activities are quite important in order to engage students with various volunteering activities that can contribute to maintain our tourist and natural sites in Jordan.
Mr. Ramzi Hanthal , head of the society thanked GJU students for their effective participating. For his part , Mr. Fawwaz Saqqar, Director of Athletic Activities extended his thanks to the Jordanian Society for hunting for their invitation to participate in this activity , pointing out that GJU students will be always keen to participate in the next volunteering activities since that is considered as a part of their education in GJU.
