The Consultation and Training Center (CTC ) at German Jordanian University celebrated the graduation of number of its staff who passed successfully two training courses in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Innovation and Integrated Skills for Security Staff.  

During the graduation ceremony that was held under the patronage of the GJU Vice President Prof. Manar Fayaad , the Director of CTC  Dr. Abdullah Al Abdullah stressed the importance of  refining and developing the practical skills of the GJU staff and the necessity of keeping up with the  pace of the modern  management methods to achieve an effective performance and raising efficiency.

Furthermore, he pointed out that the two courses are part of a training programs package that the center is working on to deliver for the staff in coordination with the partner training institutions. Adding that the CTC’s vision is to develop and qualify the employees Capabilities and build partnerships with local and regional centers for better service to our society.

It is worthy to mention that 40 employees participated in the first training course and completed 15 training hours, it included subjects on Innovation and Entrepreneurship skills, Problem Solving, and a brief on The King Abdullah II Award for Excellence, as for the second training course it included subjects as Dealing with Public, Brawl Prevention, Problem Solving, Team Work among Security Employees at the University.

At the end of the ceremony, Prof. Fayyad handed out the certificates to the graduates.
