The Human Resources Department at the German Jordanian University celebrated the graduation of employees who participated in the Intermediate Management and Effective Leadership courses.
During the graduation ceremony and on behalf of the University's President, Professor Dr. Alaaldeen Al-Halhouli, the University's Vice President, Professor Malek Alsharairi, stressed the importance of training, equipping, and developing the skills of employees. He highlighted the significance of introducing them to modern management skills, which ultimately enhances their performance and productivity. Moreover, he pointed out that successful institutions prioritize the development of their human resources because they are the key to their success.
The Intermediate Management course included sessions covering topics such as project management, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, meeting management, human resource management, and the application of information technology. On the other hand, the Communication and Effective Leadership course focused on communication skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership techniques.
At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Al-Sharairi presented certificates to the deserving participants.
