GJU's Innovation Lab at the Deanship of Innovation Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship has recently concluded a training session focused on Product Design Fundamentals, utilizing design thinking and technology.

The training aimed to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the Design Thinking process, and how it can be used to design and develop a variety of products, including the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software, 3D printing technology, and digital mockups in the product development process. Attendees had the opportunity to learn key concepts, including an overview of the product design process, user-centered design principles, and an introduction to the tools and techniques used in the industry.

The training was led by Eng. Mohammed Rashdan the Innovation Lab manager, who provided hands-on exercises for participants to apply what they had learned to real-world scenarios. The interactive nature of the training provided a conducive environment for participants to learn from one another, as well as from the instructor.
