On Wednesday, December 5, 2018, the German Jordanian University (GJU) held an introductory session for students about Estarta / Cisco Incubator Program in cooperation with Cisco Academy.

The aim of this session is to introduce students to the training opportunities provided by Estarta / Cisco and how to apply for these opportunities.

The CSR Program Manager Mohamed Jinini assured the students that Cisco Academy is considered as the world's first academy that offers certificates in networking.

He added that Cisco seeks to invest in people, especially students, by providing them with the appropriate training to be ready for the labor market.

He also praised the educational level of GJU graduates, noting that the education received by students at the university prepares them for success in the workplace.

The Cisco TAC Senior Manager Mohamed Mohsen explained the Incubator Program training to new graduates or those who are in the last year of their studies at the university. This (6) months training program ends with the recruitment of students.

He pointed out that Estarta is a partner of Cisco's technical and service systems, which provides great opportunities for students to work in their team after they prove their competence and exceeding a number of interviews for employment.

Rakan Alsaeed who graduates from GJU and currently he is working in Estarta team, talked about his experience with Estarta  and advised the students to gain more skills and experiences that will help them in their career path in the future.

At the end of the session, a discussion was held with the students how to apply for these opportunities.
