The President of the German Jordanian University (GJU), Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, welcomed the Chairman of the Education Committee in the Senate, Dr. Mahasen Al-Jaghoub, the Executive Director of the Middle East Network for Community Health (IAF), Dr. Muhannad Al-Nsour, the Advisor to the Association of Arab Universities, Dr. Walid Salameh, and the Director of the Media and Public Relations Department at the Union, Dr. Waheeb Karajah.
During the meeting, discussions were held on the development aspects of the "Education Remains Alive" initiative and the opportunities for its launch, which will target primary education in Gaza under the current circumstances where children there suffer from a lack of learning opportunities.
