The German Jordanian University (GJU), in cooperation with the Fulbright Commission in Jordan, launched the Fulbright Advisor project at the university in the presence of its president, Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, the Fulbright team in Amman, and GJU team.
This project will provide students and staff access to personalized mentorship and guidance by appointing Dr. Ala’ Khalifeh, as a Fulbright Advisor for GJU campus.
The Fulbright team visited the German Jordanian University to launch the Fulbright Advisor Project. Through this visit, the Fulbright team met with GJU president, Dr. Al-Halhouli, and President Advisor, Dr. Abdelrahman Zuraik, and discussed the importance of providing consistent access to educational and professional opportunities for students and faculty members.
In addition, an info session was conducted on the various Fulbright opportunities for Jordanians. The visit was concluded by opening the Fulbright corner at GJU’s library, which will also provide the students and staff with resources and information about the various Fulbright opportunities.
