Within the activities of the national campaign to enhance political participation, the Minister of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, Eng. Wajih Azaizeh said that the system for organizing partisan activities in universities is a message of reassurance to young people inside universities, noting that teamwork and finding common convictions are among the pillars of political and partisan work, during a dialogue session on the "political modernization system" with the German Jordanian University (GJU) students in the presence of GJU President, Prof. Aladdin Al-Halhouli.

Dr. Al-Halhouli indicated that GJU is in the process of conducting comprehensive reviews of the instructions prepared by the Deanship of Student Affairs (DSA) to establish a student parliament within the university to enable the elected students to attend meetings and develop the necessary ideas and plans. In addition to establish advisory councils of students at the Schools to develop strategic plans and processes for each school. In addition, GJU plans on institutionalizing these councils so that the student practices and experiences parliamentary life within the university.

Moreover, Dr. Al-Halhouli encouraged the students to learn about the experiences of political parties in Jordan and engage in GJU Thought and Politics Club along with other programs that talk about the political system, electoral laws, and parties, pointing to some examples of political and partisan life in Germany.
