The German Jordanian University (GJU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with and the Arab American University –Palestine (AAUJ) in order to develop a meaningful and mutually beneficial relationship, and to encourage the development of new collaborative undertakings.

The MoU was signed by the President of the University Prof. Natheer Abu Obeid on behalf of GJU, and the president of AAUJ Prof. Ali Abu Zuhri on behalf of the AAUJ.

This memo aims to provide a framework for academic cooperation between the two institutions that will strengthen mutual understanding, foster friendly cooperation and promote sustainable and productive academic collaboration and exchange of faculty members, students and research between both institutions as well as offering joint academic programs.

The signing was attended by Prof. Waleed Deeb Academic Advisor of AAUJ, GJU Vice President Prof. Manar Fayyad, GJU Vice President for International Affairs Prof. Dr. Dorit Schumann, Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Salem Al Aqtash in addition to some of GJU schools deans.
