A delegation from the Taiwanese Association for Children and Families - Jordan branch, visited the German Jordanian University to learn about the university's experience in the field of social work through the programs offered by the School of Applied Humanities and Languages.

Professor Dr. Ala'aldeen Al-Halhouli, the university's president, praised the efforts of the association in Jordan, and he encouraged the potential for collaboration between the two entities, specifically the Department of Social Work. Such collaboration would contribute to serving the targeted groups' interests, as community development has become one of the university's objectives.

The association representatives expressed their interest in collaboration between the two sides by signing a joint memorandum of understanding to implement projects and benefit from training opportunities for university students, as well as facilitate visits between Taiwan and Jordan.
