The Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship (DI-TECH) at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized a training workshop for students interested in joining the Dual-Studies program.
The workshop, in which was attended by around 300 students, included a training on CV and Cover Letter professional writing and on developing personal and communication skills.
Recruitment and HR managers from the commercial and industrial sector in Jordan participated in providing students with the companies' perspective on CV evaluation, cover letter as well as conducting a successful job interview.
After the theoretical training, the Deanship organized a practical simulation of job interviews, Face to Face Consultation in which about 95 students participated, for the aim of providing them with the practical experience necessary to conduct real successful interviews in the future with the partners of the Dual-Studies program.
