As part of the ongoing efforts by the School of Nursing (SN) to enhance the quality of practical training for its students and to strengthen collaboration with distinguished healthcare institutions, Dean of School, Dr. Mayada Daibes, accompanied by Vice Dean, Dr. Mohammad Al-Zaatreh, paid an official visit to the Specialty Hospital on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
During the visit, the delegation met with the Director of Nursing, Dr. Abdullah Heimour, and the Director of the Specialized Center for Training and Continuing Education Department, Mr. Louay Suhawna, where both parties discussed ways to further develop cooperation between the faculty and the hospital to serve students and provide them with an advanced and safe training environment. This aims to enhance their clinical skills and prepare them to efficiently integrate into the German and global labor market.
The visit also included a field tour of various hospital departments, where the delegation observed the ongoing clinical training and met with several nursing staff and Faculty of Nursing students training at the hospital. Conversations were exchanged regarding their training experiences, key challenges, and available opportunities to further enrich this hands-on educational journey.
This visit reaffirms the faculty’s commitment to closely following up on its training partnerships and its dedication to the continuous development of clinical education in line with global standards in nursing education.
