A team from GJU, consisting of students “Abdelfattah Al-Khalifat, Adnan Kanaan, Ehab Al-Qawasmi, and Zayed Ibrahim”, secured first place at the national level in the Global Supply Chain Competition, organized annually by the International Supply Chain Educational Alliance (ISCEA) in collaboration with a simulation company in Jordan.
Under the supervision of Dr. Nidal Al-Shwawreh, Dean of the Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship, the team presented outstanding solutions that were evaluated by international experts, leading to their qualification for the global competition.

The team is currently competing, under the guidance of Dr. Luay Jumaa, to represent Jordan on the global stage in this prestigious competition, which sees participation from teams across various Jordanian universities, competing to solve a case study on Risk Management in Supply Chains.
