The Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship (DI-TECH) at the German Jordanian University (GJU) hosted the Digital Prototyping Workshop at the Innovation Lab from March 16 to 19, 2025, with the participation of a group of enthusiasts in digital design and modern manufacturing.
Over four intensive days, participants gained advanced skills in . They learned how to use Autodesk Fusion 360 for 3D modeling and explored techniques for efficient model slicing for printing.
The workshop also featured hands-on 3D printing applications, allowing participants to turn their designs into tangible models. Additionally, they explored CNC laser cutting techniques, which are essential tools in digital manufacturing.
This workshop is part of the Deanship's efforts to support aspiring entrepreneurs and help them transform their ideas into feasible prototypes, contributing to enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem at the university and in the community.
