Dr. Mohamed Ali Jalal Yagan from the German Jordanian University's Faculty of Architecture and Built Environment presented a paper titled "Vertical Arabic Calligraphy" at the "Our Arabic Language on the Hills of Amman" forum. The event was organized by the Arab Cities Cultural Action Group, under the patronage of the Greater Amman Municipality.
Held at the Hussein Cultural Center, the forum celebrated the World Arabic Language Day. Mohamed Al-Qaisi, Deputy Mayor of Amman, honored Dr. Yagan and participants with the Greater Amman Municipality Shield.
A exhibition showcasing Dr. Yagan's artworks was also held on the sidelines of the forum.
