The Business School at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized an interactive workshop titled “Plan Like a Pro – Building Smarter Marketing Plans with SOSTAC®,” aimed at enhancing students’ strategic marketing skills and practical understanding of structured marketing planning.
The workshop was delivered by Ms. Ayah Bani Mustafa, who introduced participants to the SOSTAC® framework and demonstrated how to develop effective, data-driven, and results-oriented marketing plans. The session highlighted the importance of strategic thinking in today’s digital marketing landscape.
The workshop was conducted as part of two academic courses: Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, taught by Ms. Lana Harb, and E-commerce Management, taught by Dr. Aziz Madi. It sought to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, equipping students with practical tools applicable to professional marketing environments.
Through real-life case studies, practical examples, and interactive discussions, Ms. Bani Mustafa engaged students in hands-on learning experiences, illustrating how professional marketing plans are designed, executed, and evaluated.
Students expressed strong enthusiasm for the workshop, noting that it significantly enhanced their ability to think strategically and apply the SOSTAC® model to future academic projects and business challenges.
