The German Jordanian University (GJU), through its Center for E-Learning and Academic Performance Improvement (CeLAPI), successfully concluded a specialized training program titled "Creative Teaching Using Artificial Intelligence and Blended Learning: Practical Applications in Moodle." The four-day program gathered faculty members eager to enhance their teaching skills.
Held at the School of Computing (SC), the program aligns with GJU’s strategy to foster digital transformation in education and equip faculty with the latest AI tools and blended learning techniques.
Dr. Ziad Abu El-Rub, CeLAPI Director, emphasized that the program contributes to enhancing academic quality and promotes innovation in course design. He highlighted ongoing collaboration with local and German partners to realize the university’s vision for smart education.
The workshops covered AI integration, blended learning strategies, digital authoring tools, and advanced Moodle applications, providing participants with practical, applicable skills.
At the program’s conclusion, attendees expressed full satisfaction with the training content and looked forward to implementing their new competencies in their courses.
