The German Jordanian University (GJU) successfully concluded a workshop titled “Introduction to Augmented Reality”, held at the university’s main campus in Madaba from September 8 to 10. The event was organized by the School of Computing, under the supervision of Dean Prof. Feras Al-Hawari and Eng. Lina Alzaatreh, as part of the Flying Faculty program, funded by the GJU Project Office in Magdeburg.

The workshop was delivered by Prof. Paul Grimm from the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences in Germany, and was attended by 10 students from the School of Computing. The participants successfully completed the training program and received certificates of participation upon its conclusion.

This workshop reflects the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance the digital competencies of its students and reaffirms its commitment to fostering innovation and scientific development.
