The Consultancy and Training Center at the German Jordanian University (GJU) celebrated the graduation of participants from the Human Resources Management and Logistics and Supply Chain training programs, which were implemented in cooperation with the Amman Chamber of Commerce through the Amman Chamber Academy, with the participation of more than twenty male and female trainees.

Each program comprised 60 training hours, aiming to enhance participants’ professional and practical skills and enable them to keep pace with labor market requirements in these two vital fields. The programs were delivered through applied training approaches that combined theoretical knowledge with practical experience.

During the ceremony, attended by the President of the Amman Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Khalil Al-Haj Tawfiq, the President of GJU, Prof. Ala'aldeen Al-Halhouli, delivered a speech in which he emphasized that this graduation represents more than the conclusion of a training program; rather, it reflects a shared vision focused on linking education and training with real-world needs and labor market demands, thereby contributing to human development and professional and intellectual empowerment.

He noted that this cooperation aligns with the Economic Modernization Vision and the Royal Directives, which stress the importance of investing in human capital and aligning educational outcomes with market needs. He added that the fields of human resources and supply chain management are undergoing rapid transformations and require competencies equipped with up-to-date knowledge and applied skills.

Prof. Al-Halhouli also reaffirmed GJU’s commitment to continuously developing its academic and training programs in line with global advancements, with a strong focus on applied sciences, innovation, and building strategic partnerships with various sectors, serving as a genuine bridge between education and the labor market.

At the conclusion of his remarks, he congratulated the graduates on their achievement, wishing them continued success in their professional careers, and commended the fruitful cooperation with the Amman Chamber of Commerce and its Academy, as well as the efforts of the trainers, organizers, and all those who contributed to the success of the two programs.
