A distinguished delegation from Jordanian universities, representing 13 institutions—including three public universities, nine private universities, and the Arab Council for Student Training and Innovation (ACSTI)—recently conducted a significant visit to Malaysia in collaboration with Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) under the "UniConnect" program.
Led by Prof. Dr. Rami Alazrai, Dean of Scientific Research at the German Jordanian University, the six-day visit included discussions with the Director-General of Malaysia’s Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and visits to seven universities. These institutions included Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), the Asia Pacific University of Innovation and Technology (APU), the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), the University of Nottingham Malaysia, UCSI University, and the Management and Science University (MSU).
The discussions focused on three key areas of collaboration: academic exchange, technology transfer, and innovation. The visit concluded with the signing of several memoranda of understanding, paving the way for sustainable academic partnerships.
