On Wednesday  16 May 2018 the German-Jordanian University (GJU) represented by president Prof. Manar Fayyad and Hatem S. Al Hinawi Software represented by General Manager Mr. Hatem Said Al Hinawi signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at implementing Hinawi Software within the courses of the students' study plan at the School of Management and Logistics Sciences (SMLS).

Hinawi Software has the capacity to deliver a comprehensive service tailored to the client's precise requirements. It brings an advanced set of modules that are specifically designed for a variety of industries. According to the MoU, Hinawi Software will provide the license to GJU to use the software without cost. This includes technical support, human support, and training instructors.

Fayyad expressed the university’s constant hunt for new partnerships in the private sector to support GJU’s approach in combining theory and practice.

For his part, Al Hinawi said that the memorandum marks the beginning of cooperation with the university to provide students with the opportunity to experience modern programs and applications in the field of human resources to simulate the needs of the labor market. Moreover, there will hopefully be more modules in the near future since this is just an important starting point.
