Faculty Member at the School of Architecture and Built Environment (SABE) at the German Jordanian University (GJU), Dr. Ignacio Arce presented a lecture on "Architecture: An Analysis of Historical Buildings" The Department of Antiquities of Jordan On its 100th anniversary during the cultural season in its second year.
Throughout the lecture, Professor Ignacio gave an overview of the most important archaeological sites in which he carried out excavation and restoration work, such as Jabal Al Qala'a, Qasr al-Hallabat Mosque, Hammam as-Sarah, Al-Qastal, and Qasr Al-Kharranah. In addition to the work of documentation, analysis and archiving in a number of archaeological sites.
During this event, Dr. Ignacio was able to deliver his expertise and know how within the Master Program in Architectural Conservation at GJU, aimed to train the future professionals, who will take care of Jordanian Heritage.
