The Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship (DI-TECH), in collaboration with the Consultation and Training Center (CTC) at the German Jordanian University (GJU), and in cooperation with the Business Development Center (BDC), supported by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the International Labour Organization (ILO), and in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and several Jordanian universities, has implemented a specialized training program in the field of career guidance.

The program aims to prepare qualified career counselors who are capable of empowering Jordanian youth to chart their career paths and access available job opportunities both locally and internationally. It contributes to reducing unemployment rates and enhancing the role of youth in driving economic development, in line with the Royal Vision for comprehensive economic modernization.

The training focused on equipping participants with career counseling and guidance skills, methods for assessing interests and abilities, as well as practical tools to connect youth with suitable job opportunities that match their skills and potential.
